She was predeceased by: her parent Billie Hollingsworth. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Knowles; her daughters, Kelly Ross (Alan) of Albuquerque and Kimberly Downey (Mike) of Bryan; her grandchildren, Ryan Green of Benbrook, Texas and Summer Wood of Phoenix, Arizona; and her stepson Robert James Knowles.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SOS Ministries, where Barbara mentored a young student for six years.
