He was predeceased by: his parents, John Campbell Ray and Mildred Duer Ray; his sister Mary Margaret Ray Wolters; his brother-in-law Freddy Wolters; and his brother John Thomas Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Ray; his sons, Larry Ray Sr. and Bert Ray; his daughters-in-law, Cathy Johnson Ray and Joy Delalina Ray; his grandchildren, Larry Jr., Josh Ray, Miranda and Breianne Ray; his granddaughter-in-law Emily Ray; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Ray, Kendall Ray and Reilly Ray.
