He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene "Bud" Mansel and Pauline Mansel; his wife Frances (Bienski) of Joseph's Catholic Church; his grandson Dylan Corbin; and his sister Caroyl Howard.

He is survived by: his son Bobby; his daughter-in-law Kim Mansel; his daughters, Rhonda Mansel (David VanBlaricom), Janet (Jerry Blanchard) and Staci (Chris Corbin); and his brother Curtis Mansel. He is also survived by sister-in-law/casino buddy/dear friend Carol Towns; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren and numerous beloved family members and friends.
