She was predeceased by: her brothers, Robert and Russell Quence Polk; and her nephew Booker T. Davenport. She is survived by: her sisters, Gloria Polk Davenport and Ruby Faye Polk; her nephew Michael Polk Crummie; and her nieces, Raye Polk Stepney (Patrick), Felicia McMurry (Sidney), Aisha Davenport Amos (Dexter) and Velma Lee Polk Allen.
