She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Worthington and Joy Worthington; and her siblings, Cheryl Owensby, Roy Glenn, Troy and Randy Worthington.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elisa Lopez and Lori Worthington (Toribio Rueda, Jr); her grandchildren, Christina Castillo, Timothy Castillo (Clarissa), Miranda Vasquez, Shyanne Lozano (Juan), Taylor Vasquez (Christian), Domingo Castillo, III and Anthony Rueda; her siblings, Patricia Smith (Ted), Johnny and Rollie Worthington; and her sister-in-law Ellen Worthington.
