He was predeceased by : his children, James Lee Urick and Alice Marie Shepherd; his parents, Alice Pearl Frances and Jesse Urick; and his siblings, Janette Ricca, Wayne and Kenneth Urick.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Jane Urick; his daughter Peggy Brock; and his grandchildren, John, Cole Brock, Lauren Urick, Austin Urick, Rachel Collins and Wayne Shepherd. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, and numerous other special nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
