He is survived by: his wife Lyndsey Shirley Cortez; his son John Anthony Cortez; his parents, Rudy Cortez Jr. and Gwen Marucci; his grandmother Alice Cortez; his in-laws, Lisa, Anthony Mynar, Crystal and Dwayne Shirley; his siblings, Jennifer Cortez and Brandon Cortez (Blair Cortez); his sister-in-law Stephanie Shirley (Cody Lewis); his niece Hailey Cortez; and his nephews, Mason Cortez, Knox Cortez, Nash Cortez, Austin Lewis and Mason Lewis. He is also survived by many other extended family members and dear friends.
