He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Vanadore and Kathy Vanadore. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Haley Williams (Craig), Lacey Howeth (Dale), Brandt Vanadore (Emily) and Landon Vanadore (Ella); his grandchildren, Eli, Kinsley, Waylon, Sawyer, Laynee, Wyatt, Rhett, Easton, Parker, Evelynn, Tucker, Sadie, Asa and Elliott; and his brother Dale Vanadore (Tracy).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you offer prayers of thanksgiving for David's life and his family as they grieve his loss.
