He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Meyer and Freeda Meyer; his siblings, Mary Meyer, Alvin Meyer, Maynard Meyer and Donald Meyer; his grandson Robert Moses, III; his niece Patricia Meyer; and his nephew Scott Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah McCarroll, Billy Barrier and Tracy Barrier; his grandchildren, Matthew Mendez, Dustin Pacheco, Darren Pacheco, Scott Johnson and Christina Cox; and his siblings, Wilma Brethouwer, Lois Groathouse, Irene Dietrick and Ralph Meyer.
