He is survived by: his wife Debbie M. Carter of Bryan; his sister Kathy Lynn Carter Gibson of Stamping Ground, KY; his daughters, Beckie Carter (Matt) of Cinco Ranch and Jennifer Carter Sealy (Jack) of Spanish Fort; his stepchildren, Barbara Cooper and Doug Fink of Houston; his grandchildren, Taylor Carter, Casey Mordh (Logan), Jordin Sealy, Jackson Sealy, Jackson Cooper and Evie Cooper; his great grandchild Jameson Mordh; the mother of his children Mary Anne Wehmeyer; and his goddaughter Samantha Yeager. He is also survived by extended family, cherished friends, and co-workers.
