He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Edna Thomas; and his brothers, John Jr. and Terry Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his sons, Wayne Thomas (Stefanie) and Keith Thomas (Michelle); his granddaughters, Lauren Anderson (Will) and Brooke Tharp (Chris); his sister Sharon Callaway (Dan); and his great grandchild Waylon Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
