He is survived by: his wife Susan Kay Souares Pullen; his sister-in-law Cyndie Sousares Michalak; his niece Alicia Michalak; his nephew Greg Michalak (Melissa); his great-nephew Cooper; his cousin Larry (Jill) of Texarkana; his uncles, Otha (Doris Pullen) and Jack Boyd; his aunt Lois; Heather, Ashley and Deborah Townsend. He is also survived by relatives, including his parents, his Aunt.
