She was predeceased by: her mother Lillie Faye Johnson Hawkins; her sons, James Moore II and Cedric Moore; her great grandchildren, Jayden Benford, Jaylen Lawson-Moore and Jordan Lawson-Moore; and her sisters, Deborah Hawkins-Jenkins, Dorothy Albright and Pearlie Jean Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angelia Kinney (Christopher), Lisa Moore and Julya Moore-Lawson (Shawn); her grandchildren, Rebecca Barrera-Manthei (Allan), Jasmine Ballard (Jonathan), Amberial Benford (Edward Day), Candice Benford, Jason Benford, Jr., Shawn Lawson, Jr., Keith Humber, Jr., Michael Lawson-Moore, Justyce Lawson, Troynai Fondren-Kinney and Deshaun Crouch-Kinney; and her brothers, James Hawkins, Norman Hawkins and Arthur Charles Hawkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
