He was predeceased by: his parents, Timotea Ontiveros and Caroline Ontiveros (Rodriquez); and his sister Mary Alice Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Edward Jr. (Maria Ontiveros), Eric Ontiveros (Paul Navarro), Jennifer Navarro and Jessica Navarro; and his siblings, Tim Jr. (Mary Ontiveros), Manuel Sr. (Nora Ontiveros), Sally (Gerardo Reyes Jr.) and Ruth (Isidro Bermudez). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
