He is survived by: his wife Dora Garcia; and his children, Elida, Alfonso Alvarado of College Station, TX, Rosita, Espiridion Estrada of College Station, TX, Jose Angel, Linda Garcia of San Marcos, TX, Eliseo, Evangelina Garcia of Waco, TX, Samuel Sr. and Mary Helen Garcia of Bryan, TX. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
