He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carl Woods Sr. and Emily Catherine Woods (Morris); his wife Dorothy Woods (Hlavaty); his siblings, Morris Woods, Julius Woods, Frank Woods Jr. and Winnie Woods; and his sister-in-law Sybil Woods.
He is survived by: his daughter Joy Emberton (Paul) of Austin, TX.; his sister-in-law Edith Woods of Jacinto City, TX.; his grandchildren, Megan Emberton (Duncan Harris) of Ann Arbor, MI. and Graham Emberton of Ann Arbor, MI.; and his great grandchildren, Arlo Harris and Oscar Harris of Ann Arbor, MI.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
The inurnment will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (Frenstat, TX 77879).
