He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dworaczyk; his son James; his daughter-in-law Dawn Dworaczyk; his sisters, Theresa (Victor Warwas) and Patricia (Ray Barton); and his grandchildren, Abigail Dworaczyk and Dylan Dworaczyk.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: St Joseph Catholic Church Meal Ministries or St Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund.
