She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Gaines, Lynette Gaines and Gabrielle Gaines; her siblings, Larry Gaines, Barbarann Huey (Carl Huey), Joyce Gaines and Sheila Gaines; and her grandchildren, Alexis Conerway, Eric J. Hawkins, Robert Conerway, D'Eric J. Hawkins, Anthony Gaines and Fatima Blue. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Daniel & Son Funeral Home (401 W 18th St, Bryan, TX 77802). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church (3200 W 28th St, Bryan, TX 77803).
