She was predeceased by: her parents, John Menke and Edna Menke; her husband W. R. Quisenberry; her son Douglas Rice (Karen Rice); and her sister Lilly Wright (Stanley Wright).
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Smith (Howard) of Deer Park and Betty Johnston (Jason) of Bryan, Texas.; her brother John Menke (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Shawn Broome, Brandon Pinney, Megan Torre, Bailey Ahmann and Morgan Pinney.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Freda's honor to Young Life Brazos Valley, an organization close to her heart.
