He is survived by: his father Martin Castillo Vega; his children, German Castillo Jr., Eduardo Castillo (Guadalupe Sifuentes), Selena Castillo (Erik Colunga), Daisy (Ismael Reyes) and Emeily Castillo; his brothers, Roberto (Teresa Castillo), Alfonso Castillo and Refugio (Eugenia Castillo); and his grandchildren, Lilly Ann, Hailey-Nancy, Celeste, Clarissa, Erik, Roman, Eliseo, Eduardo Jr., Elina and Adriel.
