She is survived by: her children, Wanda Lee Dorsett Roye, Edgar Allen Dorsett, Jerry Dorsett, Peggy Joyce Dorsett, Peyton Dorsett and Patricia Ann Dorsett Hudgeons; her former husband Lawrence Samuel McGowan (Larry); her children, Javy Richard, James Allen (Jimmy), Patrick, Lawrence Samuel McGowan II (Larry) and Loretta Jean McGowan (Lori); her former husband Donnie Makovy; her siblings, Pat, Peggy Joyce, Peyton Dorsett, Billie Weems and Della Miller; her children, Larry (Cheriol) and Lori; her grandchildren, Jennifer McGowan Chang (Jonathan), Rachael McGowan Miller, Joshua McGowan, Larry McGowan, Megan Bowman (Eric), Samuel Melton and Kimberly Melton; and her great grandchildren, Jade, Jonathan Chang, Lyla, Eric and Colt Bowman. She is also survived by her parents fiercely (her mother, her father, and her step-mother.
