He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia DeLuca Heath and Conard Lud Heath; and his grandparents, Lucy Pomilla DeLuca, Jasper DeLuca, Ethel Nash Heath and Conrad Heath.

He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Crocker, Teresa Simmons and Connie Grocholski (Ronald); his nieces and nephews, Angela Lewis (William), Hellen Crocker, Dusti Welch (Jarrod), Nathan Crocker, Elisha Crocker, James (J. C.) and Regini (Kelli); and his friend Callaway-Jones. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, numerous other family members, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 9376 E State Hwy 21, Bryan, TX 77808.
