He was predeceased by: his father Jaime Velez. He is survived by: his mother Angelina Martin; and his siblings, Karina Gomez (Joseph Gomez), Evelyn Lemaire, Angelica Garcia (Rudy Garcia), Jay Velez (Linda Velez), Jose Velez, Erik Velez and Linda Molina (Jose Molina). He is also survived by his 9 nephews and 10 nieces.
