She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Westfall and Wilma Westfall of Wheeling, WV.; her husband Kent Gilcrest of Irondale, OH.; her siblings, Donna Westfall and Bob Stewart; and her stepchildren, Brent Gilcrest, Linda Gilcrest Cupp and Jessie Gilcrest.
She is survived by: her sisters, Becky, Joyce Weisal and Rebecca Miller; her children, Robert Toepfer Jr., Licia Toepfer Kim, Randle Toepfer, Teresa Toepfer Arrington, Dana Gilcrest, Brenda Gilcrest Sellers and Barabara Gilcrest Cunningham; her grandchildren, Bobby Toepfer, Isabella Toepfer, Michael Kim, Joshua Kim, Laura Kim, Katarina Toepfer, Ashley Arrington Jones, Hailey Arrington, Tiffany Arrington, Ken Sellers Jr., Steven Sellers, Patrick Sellers, Joey Cunningham, Matthew Cupp and Angela Cupp; and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Theodore Kim, Erin, Eliza Kim, Dazdyn, Mavarick Jones, Clayton, Hannah and Marianne Sellers.
