She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Cummings and Nancy Wells (Kerry); her grandchildren, Jennifer Bubel (Neil), David Cummings (Courtney) and Michael Dale (Caitlin); and her great grandchildren, Bailey, Hayden, Hudson, Avery, Mason, Finley and Cade.
