The memory of Jarvis E. Miller (Bryan, Texas), born in Orange Grove, Texas, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his wife Alma. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Hult of Mount Pleasant, Kathleen Gibson of Dallas, Margaret Moten of Austin and Carolyn McCully of Bryan; his grandchildren, Catherine Gibson Solid (Daniel), Sarah Gibson, Kristofer Hult (Mariah), Laura Hult, Stephanie Moten, Marshall Moten (Haley) and Michael Winthrop (Kaitlin); and his great grandchild Cole Moten.

For these accomplishments and all his contributions to Texas A&M, The Association of Former Students recognized him as a Distinguished Alumnus in 2016.
