He is survived by: his parent Terry Ramirez Garcia; his spouse T'era Green Garcia; his uncle Leno Ramirez (family: Julia Ramirez-Ruiz, T'era Green-Garcia); his father Benito Garcia Sr.; his brothers, Benito Garcia Jr. (Elaine Garcia) and Jonathan Garcia Sr. (Melanie Villareal); his children, Jeramie C. Garcia Jr. and Tailyn A. Garcia; and his nieces and nephews, Benito Garcia III, Jacob Garcia, Samara Garcia, Keaundra Garcia, Jonathan Garcia Jr., Alexis Garcia, Aaliyah Garcia, Jayden Garcia and Isabell Garcia.
