He is survived by: his wife Mae Fairbanks; his sons, Jerry Fairbanks Jr. and Cory Underwood; his stepdaughters, Amanda L. Fairbanks and Amber S. Robertson; his siblings, Johnny Fairbanks, Lloyd Fairbanks (Annie), Samuel Fairbanks, Mark Fairbanks (Katalla), Kenny Fairbanks (Rita), Regina Vilanova (Ed), Pamela Boyd (Jim) and Christina Fairbanks; his siblings-in-law, Diane Sanders, James Davis, Shirley Foley (Ronald), Lorine J. Rush (Antonio), Linda D. Harris (Rodney), Brenda Davis (Faye), Alonzo Davis (Vicki) and Tony Davis; and his grandchildren, Brianna Robertson, Briasia Robertson, Kelvin Bennett, Ashton Fairbanks, Paislynn Robertson, Jaxton Fairbanks and BlakeLee Robertson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many other close family members and friends.
