He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jane Roland Griffith; his children, Danny Carter (Lauri), Jerry Griffith Lyons and Kim Hood (Mark); his grandchildren, Brandon Harvey Griffith Hood (Lina), Alexander Griffith Carter (MacKenzie), Jeremy Christian Lyons, Zachary Cash Carter and Gabrielle Marie Carter; and his great grandchild Miss Ella Marie Hood.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the The Commons (676 Lubbock St, College Station, TX 77840). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Bryan (3100 Cambridge Dr, Bryan, TX 77802).
