She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Kiefer and Lorene Kiefer (Favier); and her brothers, Dan Kiefer and James Kiefer. She is survived by: her husband Steven Gross; her children, Penney Reckerd, Darrell Hayes, David Hayes and Carl Hayes; and her siblings, Leola Hayes, Evelyn Brewster, Dale Kiefer, Andy Kiefer, Glenda Schumer, Larry Kiefer, Sue Hoff, Mary Ann Abernathy and Bill Kiefer. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
