She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Mae Dodd and Haydon W. McDonnold; her grandmother Julie; and her husband Dick Bedford. She is survived by: her brother Hugh Dodd McDonnold; her children, Hugh Duncan, Dick Bedford Jr. (Beth) and Elizabeth Haydon; and her granddaughters, Anastasia Lorraine and Samantha Beatrix (Steve Anthony Mena). She is also survived by brothers and sisters in-law, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (2901 Texas Ave S, College Station, TX 77845). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the A&m United Methodist Church (417 University Dr, College Station, TX 77840). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the College Station Cemetery (2530 Texas Ave S, College Station, TX 77840).
