He was predeceased by: his mother Velma Hines Manthei; and his sisters, Brenda Norris and Joyce Hyvl. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina (Mario Duron) and Shawn Denise Hale; his sisters, Jonell Speak, Glenda Hines and Betty Ball; his grandchildren, Victoria Yanez, Isaac Lopez (Casey) and Adam Lopez; his great grandchild Babygirl Azaylah Lopez; his close friend Gayle Wilton; his stepdaughter Kari Luna; and his stepgrandchildren, Kayli Morsko and Kamryn Fulton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many friends.
