He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fritsche and Laura Kasper Fritsche; his sister Verie Armstead; his brother-in-law Charles Daggs; his nephew Rodney Fritsche; and his granddaughter Katelyn Fritsche.

He is survived by: his wife Georgia Ann Sefcik Fritsche; his siblings, James Fritsche and Aline Daggs; his sons, Alan Fritsche (Heather), Kyle Fritsche (Brandi) and Gary Fritsche (Verna); his grandchildren, Brian Fritsche (Kristen), Anne-Alise Hinkley (Alex), Justin Fritsche (Kason), Matthew Fritsche (Claire), Jordan Fritsche (Haleigh), Noah Fritsche, Adeline Fritsche, Eli Fritsche, Rebecca Blackburn (Michael), Ashlee Smith Holt, Ryan Smith, Erin Smith and Sean Smith; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Holt, Caden Holt, Miya Rackley and Reagan Fritsche. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
