He was predeceased by : his parents, James Neblett and Beatrice Nelson Neblett; his former wife and mother of his children preceded him in death, Naomi Reed Neblett; his grandson Christopher Neblett; and his great grandchild Kyrah Neblett. He is survived by : his wife Francis Gilbert Neblett; his children, Brenda (James), Robert (Dellanise), Deborah (Leroy), Kathy, Barbara (Perry), Pamela and Theron (JoJo); and his sisters, Naomi Johnson, Velma Spivey, Shirley Wiggins (Willie) and Doris Guyden (Robert). He is also survived by twenty six grandchildren; thirty eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
