He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Nellums of Bryan, Texas; his children, Jason T. Leazer of Bryan, Texas and Jennifer Klanika (Kenneth) of Copeland, Texas; his brother Harley Leazer; his sister-in-law Lena Smith of Kosse, Texas; and his grandson Thomas Klanika.
