She was predeceased by: her parents, Paolo Ramirez and Biatrice Ramirez (Escobedo); her husband Baldemar Garza; her sons, Benito and Albert Garza; her grandsons, Tony Ramirez and Benito Garza Jr.; and her great grandchild Dally Garza.
She is survived by: her children, Juan Baldemar (Elena Garza), Bernardo Garza, Robert (Gustavo Garza), Ruben (Christy Garza), Roy (Sally Garza), Maria Garza, Degna (Joel Munoz) and Lupita Acosta.
