She was predeceased by: her parents, Max John Plagens and Edith Sophia Huff; her husband Fred A. Cox Jr.; and her daughter Carol Cox Malkey. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Cox (Sherry) and James Cox (Paula); her son-in-law Malkey; her sister Alberta; and her grandchildren, Kristi Hutter, Alan Cox, David Cox and Abby Parker. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gum Springs Cemetery.
