She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kocurek and Helen Kocurek (Luedke); her husband Raymond B. Dockery; her siblings, Clara Poehl, Calvin and Johnny Kocurek; her son Raymond Boyce Dockery; and her great grandchild Jack Chandler Hughes.
She is survived by: her child Glen; her sister Maxine Boedecker (Wayne); her sister-in-law Wynona Kocurek; and her children, Deborah English (Rick Snyder) and Daphine Dockery. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
