She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecilio Fuentes and Juana Fuentes (Reyes); her husband Rafael Juarez Rodriguez; and her siblings, Elias and Margarita Fuentes.
She is survived by: her children, Orlando Antonio Chavez, Miguel Angel Chavez, Walter Guillermo Chavez, Maria Graciela Chavez, Norma Cristina Carlos and Dania Margarita Chavez. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren; as well as, numerous nieces, nephews, and, friends.
