She is survived by: her husband Edward Lee Koslosky, Sr.; her children, Donald Frank Koslosky (Cathe), Elizabeth Felipa "Pippa" and Christopher Lee Koslosky; her siblings, Frank "Bubba" Lero (Janis) and Josephine Elbrich; and her sister-in-law Jo Ann Lero. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
