Mary left this world on November 29, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Pegues and Maudie Lee Pegues (Gibson); her parents-in-law, Edward F. Lee, Mildred Lee and Margaret Moore; and her siblings, Jana Harris, Carlos Pegues, Lee Wayne Pegues and Morris Pegues.
She is survived by: her husband Edward "Butch" Lee Sr.; her children, Edward "Butch" Lee, Jr., Susan Lee and Kristy Lee Brubaker; her grandchildren, Brandee Luce, Halee Luce, Carlee Brubaker, Cody Brubaker and Gage Lee; her great grandchildren, Layne Luce, Payton Luce, Brayden Elliott, Kylee Pivonka and Westyn Luce; and her siblings, Patricia Gibson (Peanut), Debbie Matthews, Clifton Pegues (Cil) and Don Pegues. She is also survived by eight sister-n-laws, five brother-n-laws, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many special friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trevino-Smith Funeral Home & Crematory (2610 S Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77802). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brazos Valley Hospice or a charity of choice.
