She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Couch and Rachael Menny Lee Long; her husband Alfred Louis Pivonka Sr.; and her siblings, Herman L. Couch, Billy L. Couch, Bea Erwin, Jean Randall, Rita White and Edna Tarver.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Pivonka Sr. (Bettye), Bruce Pivonka, Alfred Pivonka (Jennifer), John Pivonka (Jamie) and Rebecca Pivonka; her sisters, Julie Stilson and Barbara Collins (Roy); her sister-in-law Brenda Couch; her siblings, Linda Gillingham (Rob), Brenda Hester (Clay), Larry Couch (Carolyn) and Edward Couch (Teresa); and her grandchildren, Shawn, Meridith, Lawrence, Cory, DeWayne, Tory, Rachel, Kayla, Tara, Hailey and Katie. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trevino-Smith Funeral Home & Crematory (2610 S Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77802). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Aldersgate Church (2201 Earl Rudder Fwy S, College Station, TX 77845). A burial was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Restever Memorial Park (5103 N Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77803).
