He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Harry and Maggie Pfeffer; and his grandfather Russ Kerr. He is survived by: his parents, Cullyn Winn and Rhonda Winn; his children, Allie and Gabriel; his stepparents, David Havel and Kimberly Winn; his siblings, Steven Havel, Madison Havel, Trey Winn and Anica Winn; his grandparents, Rosaland, Frank Gerlach, Kathy Kerr, Buddy and Sheri Winn; his aunts and uncles, Chaney, Misti Kibodeaux, Jerry, Nancy Winn, Stephanie, Jimmy Henson, Logan Winn, Cody Kerr, Mandi Toumbs and Randi Toumbs; and his great-uncle Harry Pfeffer. He is also survived by his cousins, extended family and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship fund has been established through Prosperity Bank USA for both his children, Allie and Gabriel. Donations may be made at any Prosperity Bank location in Bryan and College Station areas.
