He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Powell Smith of Somerville, Texas; his sister Shirley White of Oakland, California; and his children, Cedric Nebelett (Lateria Nebelett) of Pearland, Lazerous Taylor of Bryan, Akeem Powell of Somerville, Texas, Khadijah Smith, LaTonya Duncan (Prince Duncan) of Houston, Shereakia Wise of Dallas, Mar'Kesha Powell and Jessica Hawkins of Somerville, Texas. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
