She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomás Motta and Felipa Motta; her husband Santiago Quiñones Elías; her son Víctor Quiñones Motta; and her brother Efraín Motta Ferrer.
She is survived by: her children, Miriam (Jaime Román, Jr.), Noel Quiñones (Soraya) and Ariel Quiñones (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Arlene (Neto Leal), Coral Marie (Nick Rodriguez), Jaime III (Emily Román), Ariel (Ashley Quiñones), Sara Beatriz (Nick Kozole) and María Ninoshka (Freddie Aroca); and her great grandchildren, Jorge Gabriel, Elisa Coral, Cecilia María, Jaime IV, Natalia Arlene, Amelia Skye, Eva Lucía, Ariel Santiago, Klay James, Elías Joseph, Viviana Rose, Claire Lane and Nina Francis.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (1515 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801). A rosary was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary's Catholic Center (603 Church Ave, College Station, TX 77840).
