She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose G. Lopez and Ana Maria Padron; her husband Jose Guadalupe Arellano (Lupito); and her siblings, Abelardo Lopez Padron, Jose Angel Lopez Padron, Jose Alberto Lopez Padron, Oralia Lopez of Martinez, Ana Maria Lopez Padron, Alicia Lopez of Reyes, Ofelia Lopez of Sibaja, Obdulia Hower and Manuel Lopez Padron.
She is survived by: her children, Leticia Johnson (Patrick), Iliana Moninski (Anthony) and Alberto Arellano (Mayra). She is also survived by several grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
