She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel JP Howard and Jimmy Fern Bell; and her brothers, Richard Westover and Mike Howard. She is survived by: her close friend Steve Phillips of College Station; her children, Gage Gandy (Blanca) of Bryan, Gentri Pinter (Ron) of Bryan and Gilian Gandy (Bernice) of Portland, OR; her brother John Howard of Bryan; and the father of her children Charles Gandy. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren.
