He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Fava Peña; his son Rafael Dario Peña, Jr.; and his parents, Raymundo Peña and Rebeca Peña (Rosales). He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Peña; his son-in-law Santos De Leon; his brothers, Joe (Santa Peña) and Corando (Barbara Peña); his daughter Audrey; and his son-in-law Anthony Reed. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and over 33 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 1611 W. Villa Maria Rd, Bryan, Tx 77807.
