She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Daniel Novosad and Patricia Fachorn West; her stepfather Loyd Gene West; and her grandparents, Sam, Lena Fachorn, Sarah Fachorn, Joe and Mary Novosad.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gina Marie Cruz (Joe) and Samantha Jo Smith (Jerry Arellano); her grandchildren, Joseph Cruz, Tristian Luckie, Connor Luckie, Gianna Cruz, Lillien Luckie, Malachi Arellano and Gabriel Arellano; and her sisters, Rita Frailicks (Tim), Renee Medina (Robbie) and Monica Westmoreland (Pat). She is also survived by her daughters, grandchildren, sisters, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (1515 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801). A rosary was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (600 E 26th St, Bryan, TX 77803).
