Richard Kelly Hester Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 17, 2026, at the age of 78, Richard Kelly Hester (Bryan, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Kasey. He is survived by: his wife Chrissy Hester; his son Zach (Molly Hester); his grandchildren, Hudson, Dylan, Sam, Anna, Tessa and Olivia; and his siblings, Janet Mills, Lisa Epperson and Craig Hester (Joyce).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor his memory are encouraged to make a donation to the Kelly Hester Memorial Scholarship through the Texas A&M Foundation, continuing his lifelong commitment to education.
